Enjoying a picnic at Okefenokee Wildlife Management in April during lockdown. The park remained open and allowed us to get out and be with nature. I had my Owl birding Tervis tumbler filled with iced cold water with me. It’s my good luck cup for birding. This photo was my veggie sandwich made with cream cheese, avocado, carrot, cucumber, spring lettuce and sprouts layered between soft sliced Italian bread. Yum Yum!

I could make one for you but it might not be edible by the time you receive it. 😂😂😂

Except for the cream cheese, that sandwich sounds quite tasty 🙂

You can always use mayo or mustard but the cream cheese is actually very good. 😊

Mustard sounds like a good alternative!

I prefer mustard on every except this sandwich and tuna salad. My favorite sandwich as a kid was American cheese and mustard squeezed between the two pieces of bread. Nothing else. I still eat one every now and then. I’m a weirdo! 😊

One of my favorite sandwiches growing was even stranger – potato chips and mustard in between two pieces of white bread…
