SQUARES – Kind of Bloomed Out

The different colors almost look like autumn. This is the best example of fall colors I can get in Florida.

FOTD – Azalea – Haiku

FOTD – Night Blooming Cereus

It has been 2 years since we have seen a flower, but we haven’t stayed up all night to wait for one either. This one was still in full bloom by the morning 2 years ago, making it the last flower we have seen from this plant. Rare capture!

FOTD – Pitcher Plant

Pitcher Plant is a carnivorous plant eating crawling & flying insects.

SQUARES – Perspective – FOTD – Chrysanthemum

This gorgeous sweet smelling mum (the flower) was part of a bouquet at my mom’s funeral 6 years ago, but I found this photo while scouring through my archives and thought how pretty! I find the layers of this flower show the perspective of the living organism within.

SQUARES – Perspective – fotd – Heirloom lilies

This candy-striped white and maroon lily is a rare milk and wine crinum and was first grown in American gardens in the early 1800’s.

FOTD – DayLily – Haiku
