Here is my entry for Granny Shot It’s Bird of the Day (BOTD) challenge.
In Florida, we find that wood ducks are difficult to photograph in the wild as they are usually tucked in the back woods of a creek, river, lake or swamp where they reside. Very rarely do we seen them out in the open water. They are gorgeous and we chase them every year while out birding.
