In September, almost one year ago and for my birthday, we took a paddle with our inflatable Sea Eagle kayak on String Lake in Grand Tetons National Park. To say it was one of the best birthdays ever is an understatement! This is a view taken from the boat as we floated along.
With COVID turning our lives upside down in 2020, this trip seems like it was so long ago. As we approach the one year anniversary of spending 12 incredible days in Yellowstone National Park & Grand Tetons, I’m homesick for the mountains. Hell, I’m homesick to get out in nature and create more special moments like this. That makes me happy! It was awesome. I just told Frank this morning when we were walking Heaven around the block that…this time last year we were in Yellowstone! Hope the weather will allow us to be outside on Friday which is my actual birthday. 🙂
